Social Intelligence
Social intelligence is the skill that makes advice work in real life.
Social intelligence is the ability to understand, interpret, and respond effectively to other people’s thoughts, emotions, intentions, and behaviors. It includes skills such as empathy, communication, active listening, emotional regulation, relationship building, and many other essential interpersonal skills. Research suggests that these abilities can be developed and strengthened over time through learning, repeated social experiences, and neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to adapt and reorganize in response to experience.
